eSentral was perceived as too advanced and early for its climate. Although many local publishers already started using eSentral due to its copyrights protection (Digital Rights Management) service, it was abroad that eSentral started gaining recognition, starting with the signings of several major supply contracts with digital book aggregators from around the world.
